Can I return or exchange my product?

You can return or exchange any product. All you need to do is:

Return it within 30 days of delivery

Return it unused and accompanied by a copy of our sales invoice, in the original shipping box
Please note personalized items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Kenya:

If you are returning your product from within Kenya, we offer free return shipping.
International:
If you are returning your product from outside Kenya:

In the event, it is damaged or faulty in any way we offer free return shipping.

Return shipping for any other reason is at the cost of the customer.
Any refund/exchange process is initiated immediately upon receipt of the returned product.
